Great quality kobe beef, it's soft juicy and amazing taste! More importantly it is halal, which is rare to find halal kobe beef in Tokyo. We were served by Ohtani, who recommended medium rare doneness for the Chateaubriand & Sirloin steaks. Friendly and skillful in cooking and slicing the meat cuts. Well recommended!
